Rosehall Hotel

We stayed in the Rosehall Hotel for a week and we really liked Our stay here. The Hotel is located quite central, you can take several buses and be in Edinburgh oldtown in like 10 Minutes. But the Dalkeith Road in itself is very quiet. The house is a Nice old (victorian?) building with original architectual elements that are complimented by the newer Addition to the interior. The Hotel is Not your cookie-cutter modern Business hotel but a cozy historic and personal place to stay. The Service was always Nice and helpfull, Our room was very cozy and the Breakfast was simple, cheap and tasty. We would stay here again :) Cheers from Hamburg, Germany

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at the Rosehall Hotel in Edinburgh. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel’s location is excellent, with a bus stop right across the street providing easy access to the city center, and it’s also within walking distance to attractions. Room number 5, was perfect for a family. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Edinburgh and look forward to staying here again.

During our stay at Rosehall Hotel, my wife and I had an unforgettable vacation! This ancient hotel exudes a strong and enchanting atmosphere, truly making us feel like we had stepped back in time. Located on Dalkeith Road, the hotel is surrounded by numerous tourist attractions and convenient amenities. Despite the bustling environment outside, the interior of the hotel is remarkably peaceful, allowing us to relax and unwind. The hotel offers a self-service breakfast in a restaurant adorned with classical and charming decor. The food quality was quite commendable. Breakfast options included hot dishes such as bacon, sausages, eggs, and toasted bread, as well as cold options like cereals, yogurt, and fruit salad. The selection of coffee and tea was also quite satisfying. In addition to the breakfast, the service at the hotel was genuinely warm and attentive. The staff was always eager to help and provided us with plenty of information about Edinburgh, making our itinerary smooth and fulfilling. Overall, Rosehall Hotel left us with wonderful memories, and without hesitation, I give this hotel a five-star rating. If you're planning a trip to Edinburgh, I highly recommend choosing this hotel as your accommodation!

Had a lovely stay here for 3 nights. Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean, a nice view form our room, beautiful furnishings and easy entry. Would recommend if looking for place to stay. Only about a 30min walk to down town. We found some breakfast place In walking distance but they offer breakfast here as well. Thanks for a great stay.
